Being raised in the Central Valley Mr. Marvin learned the value of hard work and honest
dealings. After graduating from Mt. Whitney High School in 1989, he attended the University of Southern California where he was a member of the Men's Water Polo team and a member of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity, serving as its President during his Junior and Senior years.

In 1993, after graduating from USC with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, he returned to the Central Valley and became owner of Exeter Auto Supply in Exeter, California. Mr. Marvin operated Exeter Auto Supply for over twenty years, where he developed his business and problem solving skills.
 

While working at Exeter Auto Supply he attended Northwestern California University
School of Law. In 2014 he sold the business in order to pursue a career as an attorney. Upon
selling his business, Mr. Marvin served as legal assistant to attorney Harold L. Rollin assisting him in Civil Litigation matters.

In 2016, Mr. Marvin began his employment with Sherwood Law Offices working as a
law clerk for attorney Peter A. Sherwood while studying for the Bar Exam. Upon passing the
Bar, Mr. Marvin became an Associate Attorney at Sherwood Law Office. In addition to being
licensed in California, Mr. Marvin is licensed with the United States District Courts, Eastern
District of California. Mr. Marvin's areas of practice are Estate Planning, Conservatorships,
Medi-Cal Planning and asset protection, Probate, Business Entities (Corporations, Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies), and Real Estate Transactions.

Mr. Marvin is a member of the Tulare County Bar Association and serves on its Board of Directors, Tulare-Kings Counties Estate Planning Council, California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform, and Kiwanis International - Exeter, California Club. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his wife, tinkering with his classic cars, and spending quality time with family and friends.
